@lapalomahk is now offering hot Wednesday tasting every 2 weeks. Last Wednesday brought @alexfargas and Ichu Peru's chef Manual together. Creating a "Peru meets Spanish menu ($398 per person)" to present their vibrant expression of Spanish x Peru dining in 8 wonderful courses. It includes soup, 5 presentable tapas, giant paella, and steam sponge cake to satisfy your taste buds. The XOXO fried chicken, pork loin tacos, and red snapper a la Vizcaino were definitely my favourite. Every dish was made from fresh food. The vibes were just so chill and you wouldn't be disappointed.✨
